Online orders are submitted using our secure server. Prior to checking out, customers should ensure that the ship to and/or billing address entered on our online order form matches the billing address of the credit card you submit for payment. Any inconsistencies may cause an order to be delayed or cancelled. All online orders will be confirmed via e-mail. An e-mail confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order by SomaFuel Nutrition or SOMAFUEL.COM.

Customers are urged to review all online orders carefully prior to submitting via the online server. In the event of any ordering error, customers should contact our Customer Care department immediately. Failure to contact us prior to order shipment will result in your credit card being charged for all products ordered. SomaFuel Nutrition and SOMAFUEL.COM shall not be held liable for errors (whether in product quantity or product selection) made by any customer when submitting an order via our secure server as well as any additional charges incurred as a result of any such errors. Customers agree to pay for all product orders submitted via the online server.
Fax Orders Customers may also fax orders to SomaFuel Nutrition 24 hours-a-day at (614) 340-9605. Customers wishing to place a fax order must provide a valid credit card for payment. Checks and money orders will not be accepted for fax orders. Fax orders will be confirmed via e-mail, if an e-mail address is provided on the Fax Order Form. An e-mail confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order by SomaFuel Nutrition or SOMAFUEL.COM. Customers submitting orders via fax should indicate the preferred shipping method and include the appropriate shipping costs. To calculate the shipping rate, populate the online shopping cart at SOMAFUEL.COM and calculate the shipping charges as if you were placing an online order. Mail Orders Customers may also place mail orders for SOMAFUEL.COM products. Customers should send all mail orders to:

UPS Ground shipping is only $5.49 for all orders under 10 pounds for destinations within the contiguous United States! All packages over 10 pounds will be charged an additional small fee of $0.40 per pound if shipping UPS Ground. Unlike most other online nutrition superstores...SOMAFUEL.COM charges

For those individuals wishing to ship to APO or FPO addresses, we have also partnered with the United States Postal Service to ensure speedy delivery to these destinations!
If you are shipping to a military address or Post Office Box, your order must be shipped using the United States Postal Service. Customers shipping to Hawaii or Alaska must utilize the United States Postal Service for all shipping. At this time, SOMAFUEL.COM and SomaFuel Nutrition do not have the capability to ship internationally. We hope to provide this service soon and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Certain supplements, such as protein bars, have the ability to melt if shipped to warm climates. Although SomaFuel Nutrition and SOMAFUEL.COM takes many precautions to ensure your delivery arrives in mint condition, we will not accept returns on melted supplements, nor will refunds be given within these circumstances.
Please note that all order weights are based on the total weight of the product, including its packaging.
UPS All UPS shipment rates are based on order weight and the destination of delivery. Customers should allow 2 to 8 business days for delivery depending on the shipping address and service.
UPS Ground Guaranteed day-definite delivery in the 48 contiguous states.
UPS 3 Day Select® Guaranteed delivery by the end of the third business day to and from every address in the 48 contiguous states.
UPS 2nd Day Air® Guaranteed delivery by the end of the second business day.
UPS Next Day Air® Guaranteed delivery by the end of the next business day.
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Care department so we can track your package and submit a claim with UPS if needed.
United States Postal Service All claims for missing or damaged parcels must be maid with your local postal office. If shipping to an APO or FPO address, please remember that in addition to the USPS delivery time, you must allow time for the military to deliver your package to your actual destination (some deliveries may take up to 8 weeks in extraordinary circumstances depending on your military destination).
Sales Tax Ohio residents will be taxed 6.75% on all orders.
Return Policy If you are dissatisfied with a certain product, please e-mail our Customer Care department at customercare@somafuel.com within 14 days of the shipment date in order to receive a Return Authorization Code. Returns may be accepted if the product is unopened and in original/saleable condition. If the product is opened, returns will only be accepted in accordance with the manufacturer’s return policy, if any. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and shall be shipped back to SomaFuel Nutrition at the customer’s expense. SomaFuel Nutrition and SOMAFUEL.COM believes that its distribution system is accurate. However, in the unlikely event that your shipment is incorrect, contact our Customer Care department at customercare@somafuel.com within 24 hours of receiving the shipment so we can rectify any discrepancies. In the event that SOMAFUEL.COM ships you an item that you did not order, do not open the item or you will cancel your right to return the product to us for a refund/exchange.

SomaFuel Nutrition and SOMAFUEL.COM will not accept unauthorized returns and customers will not be credited for unauthorized returns. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days past the ship date. No shipping charges will be refunded by SOMAFUEL.COM and all exchanges will be charged regular UPS Ground rates (or another rate depending on your shipping preference). Only with prior authorization may products that are opened be returned to SomaFuel Nutrition. SomaFuel Nutrition and SOMAFUEL.COM reserve the right not to accept returns on any or all products at anytime, although we will make every effort to assist our customers.
